Mills MFA > Mills College MFA Thesis Exhibition

This piece started in my studio as I made grids on my walls with acrylic polymer emulsion. The marks appeared as areas of the wall that emerged and disappeared. When I recreated the marks on the wall of the museum, they were barely perceptible or appeared as deep ridges in the wall depending on the time of day and the light shining into the museum from the skylights.
